Julie was invited to be a grant panelist for the National Endowment for The Arts in Washington, D.C. and spent several days there at the end of November, 2007. She was very honored to be among the distinguished panel of judges.
Julie recorded several songs for composer Joe Symon. She invited some talented friends to join her on one of the group numbers. Julie recently worked as a Studio Teacher on a family film, called "Marlowe," starring two very talented young actors, Billy Unger and Cassi Thomson.

Julie's short film, "The Conversation," was screened at the Director's Guild in Los Angeles on May 29th. It was recently acquired by a new online distributor, Mini Movie and will debut on their website in 2008. Check out the film at www.myspace.com/theconversationshort
Julie is currently featured in a streaming video segment on www.iklipz.com called "Bridging the Gap," where she has a conversation with publicist, Fredell Pogodin.
Julie recently traveled to Kuwait where she was sent by the State Department as a Cultural Envoy. LIFE AFTER TOMORROW was the opening night film at the first American Film Festival sponsored by the American Embassy in Kuwait. Julie is the director/producer of the feature documentary film entitled, LIFE AFTER TOMORROW. The film explores the life-changing ramifications of being a child performer while following the lives of many orphan cast members of the hit Broadway musical, "Annie," as they revisit their experience in the show, their childhood, the family support structure, what happened when they left the show and returned to a "normal" childhood, and what they are doing with their lives today. Julie and partner, Gil Cates, Jr. are the winners of the Best Director and Best Documentary awards at the 2006 Phoenix Film Festival. The film was the Official Selection for the Museum of TV and Radio DocFest, AFI Film Fest, Heartland Film Festival, High Falls Film Festival, Malibu Film Festival, Palm Beach Film Festival, Sedona Cinema Series and Newport Beach Film Festival. Life After Tomorrow premiered on Showtime Christmas Eve, 2006 and will continue to air on Showtime and The Movie Channel through 2008. The DVD will be released on February 26th by Arts Alliance America.
Julie recorded the voice of a Lemming in the animated feature, The Little Polar Bear: A Visitor From The South Pole and various voices in Final Fantasy VII, Dirge of Cerberus.
Julie performed at Kutchers Resort on July 24th, 2007 in a musical gala celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Stagedoor Manor.

voice of Erika (the Pauper) for Mattel's first musical feature
film, "Barbie as The Princess and The Pauper."
To date, the film has sold over 3 million copies domestically and over 2 million internationally. Julie can also be heard as the singing voice of the Erika doll.

Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Monday, December 6th, 2006.
Julie sang the National Anthem at the Clippers vs. Cleveland Cavaliers game at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Monday, November 29th.
